Are there any setup or onboarding fees?+

No. Pricing is one all-in monthly rate per resource. Onboarding, equipment provisioning, and IP-assignment paperwork are included.

How quickly will I see shortlists?+

Pre-vetted shortlists land within 7 days for most roles. Hire-to-onboard typically completes within 14–21 days of contract signature.

What's the minimum engagement?+

There is no fixed minimum. Engagements are month-to-month; you can scale, pause, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who owns the work product?+

You do. Every Remvix team member signs IP-assignment and confidentiality clauses that vest all work product, code, and data with your company.

Do I need to set up an Indian entity?+

No. Remvix is the employer of record. You contract with Remvix; we employ the team in India. No entity setup, no PEO, no local HR overhead for you.

Can I interview candidates myself?+

Yes — and you should. We provide pre-vetted shortlists; you run your hiring loop. No hire is made without your sign-off.

What happens if a hire doesn't work out?+

We replace at no cost within the first 60 days. After that, normal performance management applies and we backfill within the standard 7–14 day shortlist window.
